Tiffani Ross

Tiffani has over 13 years experience in education, training & facilitation, program management, and non-profit leadership. In 2015, Tiffani started volunteering for an Adult ESOL program where she was inspired to become an ESOL instructor. As MCAEL’s Manager of Network Learning and Development she combines her skills and experiences to provide engaging professional development opportunities to MCAEL instructors and program administrators. Tiffani has a deep passion for building community and helping change makers develop the skills and confidence to elevate themselves and their communities. She is a proud Howard University Alumna (HU! You know!) and certified leadership coach. She currently serves on the Maryland TESOL Board as the Adult Education Special Interest Chair Elect.

When not supporting our network, Tiffani can be found playing outside with her family, studying mindful self-compassion, and dancing.
